### Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. This position requires a strong knowledge of mixology, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

### Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Operate cash register and handle customer payments
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-serving

### Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, banquet, or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs)
- Food handling certification is a plus
