Work you'll do * The System Engineering Manager will plan and lead systems engineering efforts. * Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirement specifications. * Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities. * Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternative approaches and conduct feasibility studies. * Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. * Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations. * Develop technical, system architecture, and design documentation. * Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment.
* Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the system engineering area of responsibility. Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's degree in system engineering, computer science, information systems, or related discipline required
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
* Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
* Must be willing to work onsite five days/week in SCIF environments in Fort Meade, MD
* 20 years of experience as a System Engineer.
Preferred: * Previous experience leading and directing client meetings as an SME.
