The Role:

  • You will work closely with Engineering, Program Management, and other internal teams to build out the strategy and roadmap for Traffic Acquisition product
  • You will conduct discovery with external and internal stakeholders to identify customer pain points and promising opportunities that, once solved, have significant impact on the business
  • You will rely heavily on quantitative data, using BI tools, SQL, and excel to inform your arguments, vision, and strategy
  • You will define quarterly objectives and lead prioritization for your problem space
  • You will be responsible for all third-party integrations driving qualified shoppers to our merchants (the demand side of marketplace)
  • You will be the go-to person for a complex platform, translating technical implementations into value created for the customer

Requirements

  • Proven experience and success in a Product Manager role at a technology company
  • Data driven, ability to read and pull your own data (knowing SQL is a significant advantage)
  • Understand the dynamics and lifecycle of building internal and external facing products
  • Experience owning and driving the building and shipping of complex, scalable products
  • Can operate in an environment with frequent cross team dependencies, and brings a system’s thinking mindset to problem solving
  • A genuine excitement for solving customer problems and making them successful in their role
  • Ability to define and prioritize initiatives while working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple projects, align on goals, and deliverables
  • Knowledge of advertising, ecommerce or performance marketing/affiliate space is a plus
