The Role:
- Provide engagement level connect and liaise with IAM leads and stakeholders
- Work closely on services compliance, improvements, maturity, and roadmap to business transformation by bringing business SMEs from various practices.
- Align on tools, automation, cloud, platform and technology transformation through tech experts and leverage our technology partners
- SLA and KPI monitoring, tracking and reporting
- Issue resolution and escalation management
- Advise on how to leverage functionalities of the SailPoint solution.
- Ensure technical best practices and standards are implemented (incl. code management, automated integration and deployment)
- Provide guidance to the technical team to perform the upgrade: refactor the code, solution configuration, integration into its ecosystem (ex: connectors)
Requirements
- Strong experience of SailPoint IdentityIQ solution implementation including hands-on experience on SailPoint custom development, configuration and integration
- Knowledge in CyberArk and Okta/SSO solutions
- Should have overall experience of 15 years in delivery management.
Must Have Skills
- IAM Advisory/Consulting
- Able to liaise with client leadership, review roadmap, conduct gap analysis, provide solutions and work with SME’s to implement solutions.
