The Role:

• Train and mentor employees to be able to develop well-reasoned solutions to complex problems in a dynamic environment and to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Actively participate in proposal preparation, RFI responses, contract negotiation, and contract administration/management.
• Communicate effectively and precisely at all levels within the organization, including executive management.
• Ensure contractual fulfillment IAW company policies, contract requirements, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
• ​Team with business area management to add value and ensure successful business, financial and contractual goals.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD clearance of secret or higher, which requires US Citizenship
• Demonstrated experience with US Government Contracts including (at a minimum) cost-reimbursement
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or closely related field plus 12 years of prior relevant exp
• Demonstrated negotiation skills involving contract type, terms and conditions, and price
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with intellectual property and data rights
• Extensive Experience with FAR/DFARS, and TINA. Familiarity with ITAR
• Prior management experience.
