The Role:
Provide direct customerservice and acts as primary servicing contact for the loan
Support less experiencedloan administrators in providing resolutions of inquiries and complaints
Determine appropriatecourse of action and conduct investigative steps to fully identify customerissues
Perform complexadministrative and customer support tasks by managing daily schedules, andproviding work direction to the team
Assist in settingperformance standards, and recommend process or policy improvements to enhancecustomer satisfaction
Review moderatelycomplex loan servicing documentation language, book and fund new loans andmodifications, including reviewing of input
Monitor collateral andprepare payoff letters, releasing collateral customer research and billingobtain insurance information and monitor ongoing coverage
Provide subject matterexpertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals
Respond independently tocomplaints escalated at the highest level
Provide training andguidance to less experienced loan administrators and perform quality assuranceand approve the work of other staff
Collaborate and consultwith peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Requirements
Desired Qualifications:
2 years of accountingor finance experience
Ability to review andinterpret complex commercial loan documents
Knowledge andunderstanding of asset based lending or commercial lending
Intermediate MicrosoftOffice skills
Ability to navigatemultiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to findinformation
Strong analytical skillswith high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal,written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to exerciseindependent judgment to identify and resolve problems
