The primary responsibilities for this position are to manage site infrastructure projects in support of internal business customers needs to build manufacturing and R&D labs infrastructure. In addition, this position ensures all the site infrastructure elements are maintained in good working condition. We are seeking an experienced individual with strong leadership, project management, excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills. This multi-faceted position interfaces with corporate executives, internal business managers, auditors, architects and contractors.

Duties include:

• Work with business partners to develop project scope, timelines, select contractors and complete the projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure site infrastructure is maintained optimally to keep the site operations running without any disruptions. Manage 3rd party vendor partner activities associated with site’s infrastructure operations, preventative maintenance, change control, risk assessments, leading investigations, trouble shooting, root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Ensure that all planned and unplanned work is prioritized and managed closely to minimize equipment downtime and disruptions to the site operations including manufacturing and R&D functions.
• Supports equipment commissioning, qualification and validation activities related to systems owned by WPS. Identification, recommendation, and implementation of replacement-in-kind, new or improved equipment and/or systems.
• Manage third party service providers such as landscaping and janitorial.
• Provide clear, concise, and timely communications to the site employees and management about any facility issues and construction projects.
• Work closely with 3rd party operational partners to develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all the building systems
