The Role:
Seasoned Analyst/Reporting specialist responsible for performing complex analysis and reporting on multiple MVSO processes. Utilizes a variety of technology including, but not limited toSQL, Tableau and Microstrategy, at an advance/intermediate level. Will work closely with business and technology partners to ascertain requirements, determine source of data, develop and/or apply analytics, and implement end state delivery strategies that utilize established databases to coordinate the production of reports.
•Responsible for the design, development and implementation of database related solutions
•Developing and enhancing reporting and analytical solutions to track and assess performance
•Creating and maintaining procedures and documentation
•Gathering, documenting, analyzing and drawing conclusions regarding complex data and information
Requirements
- Strong SQL experience - 3-5 years / intermediate to advanced skill level
- Data analytics and reporting experience required
- Ability to present and explain findings to leadership
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
- Ability to think and act strategically
- Skilled at using data to formulate recommendations for solutions
- Able to make recommendations for improvements to reporting
Desired skills / experience:
- Tableau experience highly preferred
- Microstrategy experience
