We seek Pre-Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LSW, LPC) for full-time positions in our Rockford, IL location.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $48,300 to $85,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
Must have either a LSW or LPC
Willing to provide therapy in a school setting
Will conduct individual counseling at the KP Counseling office
Experience with children, adolescents, and teens
Mon-Friday schedule
Participate in Provider Mtgs
Scheduling appointments with clients
Notes done within 24 hours

KP Counseling was founded in 2008 and is led by was founded in 2008 and is led by the dynamic Executive Director, whose experience spans over 27 years in a host of areas that include but are not limited to facilitating men's groups, co-authoring leadership programs, conducting workshops and seminars, and serving as a consultant to businesses, schools, and churches. KP Counseling is different because KP partners with a teaching company that allows KP clinical staff to receive free CEU credits for attending the workshops. They can employ students in practicum/internship and candidates in training to work towards licensure. His background and track record include developing a proven reputation as a solutions-focused manager, knowledgeable clinical supervisor, continuing education credit provider (CEU), and electrifying presenter passionate about teaching in this field.
