Job Title: CNC Programmer - Second Shift

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team on second shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC programming/program development, ensuring precision and quality in the manufacturing process.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Independently develop CNC programs for production, based on engineering prints or solid models.
  • Determine correct cutting tools and the correct speeds and feeds of cutting tools.
  • Read and verify CMM reports and make necessary adjustments for optimal production.
  • Assist with machine setups and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve product quality.

Who are you:

  • 5 years of experience in programming CNC machines
  • Knowledge of Mazak, Makino (Fanuc), SW (Siemens), and Heller (Siemens) controllers is preferred.
  • Experienced with hydraulic fixtures and designs.
  • Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible and proactive approach combined with great collaboration skills.
