Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This is a vital role in our restaurant, as you will be the first point of contact for our guests.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Assist in managing reservations and waitlists
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Answer phone calls and take reservations or provide information to guests
- Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and management
- Assist in coordinating seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover
- Provide assistance to guests as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
- Strong hospitality skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to help out in other areas of the restaurant when needed
- Knowledge of food service procedures is a plus
