We are expanding our immigration practice and are looking for an experienced and ambitious immigration lawyer. This position is for a fluent Mandarin Chinese attorney to help our firm grow. You will be responsible for expanding our presence in the U.S. Chinese market and collaborating with our partners in Shanghai, China. This role involves handling USCIS employment visas, EOIR cases, and other related matters. The ideal applicant must be eager to grow within the firm, reliable, responsible, and capable of managing a substantial caseload.

Job Functions:

• Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions.
• A willingness to provide mentorship and training to junior staff or paralegals.
• Appear before EOIR for Master and Individual hearings.
• Prepare and file immigration forms and petitions before USCIS / EOIR

Requirements:

• Experience with employment visas.
• Knowledge of immigration laws and procedures.
• Proven experience in representing clients before EOIR and USCIS.
• Strong desire for professional growth.
• Willingness to travel out of state/Country.
• Fluency in Chinese Mandarin & English.
