We are looking for a reliable technician to undertake make ready turn process for apartment communities in the Minneapolis area. You must have strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and light repairs
• Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
• Undertake light installation or carpentering (Fix flooring, install windows, drywall, etc)
• Repair equipment or appliances
• Provide your own truck or vehicle and general tools and equipment(ladder, hammer, drill, screw driver etc.)
• Undertake duties as assigned or repairs deemed important
• Identify and report the need for major repairs

Skills

• Experience as handyman
• Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
• Basic math skills
• Good communication ability
• Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
• Attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
