Korzen Health is working with HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital Wound Care Center & Hyperbaric Medicine in Port Charlotte, FL and Healogics in regards to adding a Physician to the team - 1 DAY/WEEK(MONDAY).

We offer Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) Therapy training. You will have a full-team in place from the initial start date. The Wound Care Center is an Academic Affiliated program.

Scope of Practice Includes:

- Full Team- Case Manager, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses, Office Manager, Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!

• Team will do Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
• Provider will average around 15-25 patients per day, with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
• Facility has 4 rooms with a team of 3 nurses and case manager
• EMR
• 1 DAY PER WEEK(MONDAY). No Nights, No weekends.
• You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.

Wound Care Medical Director and Experience Requirements:

• FL State license
• Must be Board-Certified
• DEA License
