• The Valet provides 'Pickup & Delivery" services when a client's car is in need of maintenance or repair in a highly professional manner.
• Ensures that the loaner vehicle and the customer's vehicles are properly prepped upon exchange (clean, vacuumed, etc).
• Assists with keeping the vehicles on the lot well presented.
• Maintains the Customer Reception area in a clean and presentable manner.
• Maintains a high level of professionalism including meeting uniform attire standards, meeting product knowledge requirements, and demonstrating a high level of hospitality and service quality in customer interactions.

• Successful candidates will be self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.
• Previous experience in the hotel and hospitality industry or customer service experience is preferred.
• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Ability to learn and use the software provided by the dealership.
• Must have a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.
