YOUR DAY AS A HOME CARE MANAGER:

As a Home Care Manager, your responsibilities encompass strategic oversight and compassionate leadership. Your days are meticulously structured around managing schedules, coordinating care services, and providing guidance to our team of caregivers. Through your adept management, you ensure that every individual receives the highest standard of care, fostering a culture of excellence and empathy. Each decision you make reflects our commitment to delivering unparalleled support to those we serve.

TO SUCCEED, YOU WILL NEED:

  • High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some college
  • Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities

SCHEDULE:
