This dynamic role involves overseeing staff, maximizing sales, and creating an engaging environment for KPOP enthusiasts as well as the staff. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, strong communication skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience. K-pop or K Culture knowledge is a plus
