Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and decor
- Develop event timelines and manage event budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and objectives
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products
- Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
- Oversee guest registration and provide excellent customer service throughout the event
- Upsell additional services or products to clients during the event
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement
- Assist with fundraising efforts for nonprofit events

Experience:
- Proven experience in event planning and management
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with vendors
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management for events
- Knowledge of catering and restaurant industry practices is a plus
- Familiarity with guest services and hospitality best practices

- Required Language: Korean

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $17.19 - $17.37 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week

Schedule:
