Key Accountabilities Include* Contribute to customer satisfaction and strength by creating positive customer experiences.

• Support customer retention and brand loyalty by ensuring inhouse repairs are completed in a timely and thorough manner.
• Support achievement of department metrics.Primary Responsibilities Include* Complete in house repairs for both warranty and non-warranty including troubleshooting to component level and removal of components.
• Contribute to internal and external training.* Resolve customer inquiries, cases, and concerns.* Report quality issues.
• Pre-authorize field support to ensure work is validated for warranty reimbursement payment.* Create internal and external knowledge articles for self-service support.
