POSITION DESCRIPTION: Uses web-scale applications to process data points on a daily basis. Produces interim deliverables quickly (such as technical proofs of concept, etc.). Setup, configuration, daily monitoring, and support for the production system. Communicates with development, product, and Customer Experience Specialists to address customer issues/concerns. Supports the initial review and analysis of Incident tickets, as per Problem Management procedures. Conducts root cause analysis (RCA). Supports a culture of continuous improvement. Ensures the creation of proper documentation. Assists in mentoring junior developers.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field. 2 years’ related experience as a Software Developer or related IT occupation. Experience is required and must include the following: Working with Microsoft development stack such as ASP.NET/C#, Web API, and MVC; Working with relational database, specifically SQL Server and Postgresql, and NoSQL/Document based databases, such as Couchbase; Utilizing SOAP/ RESTful API; and Utilizing Object-oriented programming, including MVC/MVVM concepts. *100% remote work allowed due to the pandemic. However, the remote worksite must be within commuting distance of the Naples office.*
