What will you do?

The Systems Architect is responsible for the design, build out, and maintenance KOREs expanding infrastructure.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provide design of KORE’s Datacenter and Cloud Infrastructure
Provide documentation and visuals of KORE’s infrastructure services
Assist with the build and support KORE Infrastructure and Services
Ensure the technical and functional requirements of the Infrastructure and Services have been met
Continuous review and improvement of existing infrastructure and services.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

HS Diploma/Relevant Experience

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Expert of Systems Engineering and concepts
Expert understanding of DNS, DHCP, AD, Group Policy
Expert knowledge of server, storage, and network hardware
Expert troubleshooting skills
Expert knowledge infrastructure services
Expert knowledge of infrastructure design
Expert knowledge of systems stability
Expert knowledge of networking techniques; subnetting, vlan, nat, load balancing
Expert knowledge of backup technologies and practices
Expert knowledge of virtualization technologies
Expert knowledge of system and service monitoring systems
Expert understanding of container services, orchestration, and distributed applications.

PREFERRED SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience designing datacenter infrastructure
Experience designing systems
Experience with infrastructure automation
Nimble SAN Experience
Expert VMWare Experience
Expert Kubernetes Experience
Working with Infrastructure As Code
Experience with Zabbix and Grafana
Experience with Rancher
Experience with Git
Experience with Ansible
