Anticipated starting pay is $15-$18 per hour and depends on experience. All caregiver will receive mileage and paid time in-between visits. Benefits for full time employees include health insurance, dental, vision, supplemental policies, retirement plan, PTO, employee assistance program and more.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

· Living out our values of excellence, reliability, making a difference, and a growth mindset

· Assist clients in living their best life in the place they call home

· Assist with personal cares such as bathing, toileting, dressing and personal hygiene

· Assist with ambulation and transfer of clients with or without adaptive equipment

· Remind clients to take medications

· Complete light housekeeping and other support services including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, errands and transportation

· Plan and prepare meals, assist with feeding and assist with kitchen clean up

· Provide socialization and companionship

· All other duties outlined in client care plan

Qualifications:

· Must be 16 years of age or older

· Must be able to physically perform the duties of the position

· Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English

· Must have reliable transportation, valid car insurance and current valid driver’s license.
