Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and possess knowledge of various construction management software tools.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors and laborers
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and communicate updates
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve any conflicts or delays that may arise

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction management
- Experience building on the East End of Long Island
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to oversee site operations effectively

Pay: From $135,000.00 per year
