Job Summary
Work one on one with clients to determine eligibility and educate them about the skills and resources necessary to become self-sufficient. Work cooperatively with local jobs and training, social service providers, and inter-agency programs in providing referrals and services to homeless or at-risk clients. Check tenants in and out of units and coordinate unit preparation for new tenants. Assist with homeless prevention program. Provide financial counseling, budgeting and tenant training to crisis housing participants.
