Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Supervisor to join our construction team. As a Concrete Superintendent, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to concrete construction projects. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

Oversight of the following
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by cleaning, leveling, and setting up necessary equipment
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools or equipment
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using trowels or other tools
- Set up and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures
- Assist with the installation of reinforcing materials such as rebar
- Operate power tools and equipment such as concrete saws, drills, and vibrators
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

-Speak Spanish

- Proficiency at readying drawings and layout.
- Ability to use construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or HeavyBid
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Experience with budgeting and cost control measures in construction projects
- Familiarity with software tools like Bluebeam for document management and collaboration
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
