We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high standards of our products through the development and implementation of effective quality control processes. 

• Quality Control Processes: Develop and implement robust quality control processes to ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze product and process data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement. Utilize statistical tools to make data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality concerns, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with regulatory agencies as needed.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality standards, procedures, and processes. Ensure documentation accuracy and accessibility. Experience with the creation of SOP's and TWI's to ISO9001 standards.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and identify root causes of quality issues. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified problems.
• Training: Provide training to team members on quality control processes, standards, and best practices to enhance overall product quality awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. 
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001, quality control methodologies, statistical analysis, and relevant industry standards. 
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work a Monday-Friday 40 hours.
