Konter Management Company is Hiring a Property Manager Near Savannah, GA

Active Property Management Firm seeking Full Time Property Manager for 200 unit complex in the Savannah Area. Manager to be fully accountable for the day to day operations of the property. Must be able to demonstrate critical thinking skills, deal with prospective tenants, existing tenants, trade partners, and coworkers. Duties include maintaining accurate records, submitting reports on time, and compliance with Federal and State Fair Housing Laws. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Candidate must be able to pay attention to detail, work independently, and possess the capability to follow through on all tasks presented.

Competitive compensation package includes salary, bonus or incentive opportunities, and healthcare insurance program

The Property Manager is responsible for the leasing of apartment units and all related functions including marketing, coordinating service requests, and accounting.

Additional job duties include:
-Learning and operating property management software programs
-Tenant screening
-Maintaining and perpetuating Fair Housing standards, policies, and procedures
-Monitoring and maintaining the condition of the rental office, models, and rent ready units

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

-Previous Multifamily Property Management experience
-Amazing customer service skills
-Strong work ethic
-Ability to multitask
