Description
To efficiently invoice each delivery for freight hauled in a timely and accurate manner. What a Billing Technician does daily:
Accurately invoice customers using freight bills, bills of lading, and any other pertinent information that is associated with a delivery
Retrieve any missing paperwork, essential for invoicing customers, from each CSC Center
Research freight bills that have questionable charges
Use the appropriate resources to solve problems
Maintain an acceptable error rate as determined by Billing Manager
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly billing cutoff
Backup billing as assigned by Billing Manager
Pay- $27.35 to $29.85 per hour
High school diploma or equivalent required.
