You Have: * 10 years of experience with initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, coordinating, controlling, managing, and delivering IT projects * Experience with data, pipelines, and engineering requirements to train deep learning, computer vision, or predictive Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models * Experience with modern software design patterns, such as microservice design, and AI/ML Ops * Experience with Agile processes and Scrum ceremonies, including managing and facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, mid-sprint reviews, sprint demos, and retrospectives * Experience with reviewing story analysis to determine conditions of satisfaction and the impact on other systems, projects, domains, and operational teams have been outlined * Experience with managing the evolution of the user story and backlog items, including breaking down the stories, eliciting conversations, and facilitating story refinement sessions * Knowledge of Python, Scala, or Java programming language * Knowledge of MyNavy HR-relevant front-end, middle, and back-end applications * Secret clearance * Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: * Experience with the design, implementation, or operation of a Tiered Service Model * Experience working with teams in an Agile environment * Experience with performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and visualization using statistical programs and survey software, including Excel, SPSS, and Tableau * Master's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
