**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Irrigation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems.

**Duties:** Monitor and test new installations. Observe pipe and valve replacements. Evaluate start ups. Winterazations. Overall operations of irrigation systems. Conduct and record detailed and accurate inspections. Plan and execute upgrade for customer systems. Minimum of 1 year of productive experience with installation, inspection and repair of irrigation systems. Must have valid drivers license. Knowledge of trenchers, multi- meters, wire locators, and pipe sizing.

- Install and maintain irrigation systems in gardens and landscapes

- Inspect and troubleshoot irrigation systems for leaks, malfunctions, or other issues

- Repair or replace faulty components such as valves, pipes, or sprinkler heads

- Program and adjust irrigation controllers for optimal watering schedules

- Collaborate with landscaping teams to ensure irrigation systems complement overall landscape design

- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete irrigation projects

- Dig trenches and lay pipes for new irrigation system installations

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience in irrigating, landscape maintenance, or related field

- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for installation and repairs

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and fix irrigation system issues

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of irrigation systems

- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, dig trenches, and work in various weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.25 - $21.26 per hour
