Konell Insurance currently has a Sales Position open in our Phoenixville Office. If you're great at sales and know how to treat the customer right you'll be a welcome fit and your success will be rewarded! We are looking for a highly motivated person to sell Personal Lines Insurance such as Auto, Homeowners and Life Insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

• Attend educational classes and continually broaden your knowledge base.

As a Konell Insurance Team Member, you will receive :

• Monthly Base Income

• Commissions including new and renewal, so building a steady stream of income

• Benefits including Health Insurance, Disability Insurance & Group IRA

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• P & C License with at least 3 years experience

• Self Motivated

• Computer Proficient

This position is with an Independent Agency representing multiple Insurance Carriers. Our primary Carrier is Erie Insurance. Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
