Responsibilities Will Include
- Take calls after office hours (i.e. 12PM onwards during Saturdays; and 5PM onwards Monday-Friday)
- Follow the BARTON Schmidt triage protocol
- Triage incoming calls and provide appropriate advice to patients or caregivers
- Assess patient symptoms, collect information, and escalate issues as necessary
- Document patient care and update records as necessary
- Provide clear and concise instructions and information to patients
- Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing triage services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: USD$12-15/call
