The Operations Leader is responsible for partnering with high-level hospitality physician practices and central support teams to enhance culture, vision, strategy, and tactical processes that drive exceptional customer experience, patient-centered care, superior health outcomes, and optimal financial performance. The role requires strong leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. This job will require 50% or greater travel. 

Minimum: Applicable healthcare or hospitality related experience.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree with significant leadership experience.

Exceptional Candidates: Master’s degree in Business, Nursing, or related field.

Minimum: Operational leadership experience in a hospitality or healthcare related field. 

Preferred: Operational experience deploying/overseeing and implementation of new health care related facilities.

• Be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with the clinical operations leadership to maintain high-quality and high-hospitality focused patient care standards.
• Deploy and manage a health care related tech stack that meets the specific needs of each practice while aligning with organizational goals. 
• Foster new business relationships and partnerships by providing remote and onsite support of new business development.
• Operationalize innovative business processes for organization-wide deployment.
• Support the clinical operations leadership team by organizing training opportunities for new and existing staff in the Electronic Health Record system.
• Support and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence
• Develop and lead a team-oriented culture focused on learning, continuous improvement, and change.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a culture of quality and safety.
• Embody the Joyn Health spirit of exceptional hospitality through every internal and external interaction/communication.
