Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency, while efficiently taking customer orders and cashiering
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workspace
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to uphold Kona Loa's brand image and values

• Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred, but not required
• Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing methods and coffee origins
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
