Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to

· Create an amazing Kona Ice Experience

· Greeting and serving customers with consistent positivity & enthusiasm

· Able to communicate with team member and guest requests in a loud environment

· Serve shaved ice to the customers at the serving window

· Complete orders with speed and accuracy

· Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment

· Accept payments and operate Square POS 

· Closely following sanitation and food safety preparations

· Secure truck and exit area safely at end of event

· Perform basic cleaning of unit/warehouse

· Complete beginning and end of shift prepping, stocking, and event tracking

· Maintain an ULTRA-CLEAN and super-sanitary work space

· Quickly restock and reload supplies

· Follow food and restaurant safety standards and guidelines
