Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to

• Safely drive and park a Kona truck
• Create an amazing Kona Ice Experience
• Greeting and serving customers with consistent positivity & enthusiasm
• Able to communicate with team member and guest requests in a loud environment
• Serve shaved ice to the customers at the serving window
• Complete orders with speed and accuracy
• Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
• Accept payments and operate Square POS 
• Closely following sanitation and food safety preparations
• Secure truck and exit area safely at end of event
• Perform basic cleaning of unit/warehouse
• Complete beginning and end of shift prepping, stocking, and event tracking
• Maintain an ULTRA-CLEAN and super-sanitary work space
• Quickly restock and reload supplies
• Follow food and restaurant safety standards and guidelines
