We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server to join our mobile dessert truck team. As a server, you will be the face of our dessert truck, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and crafting top-notch ice cream sandwiches for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Dessert Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve ice cream sandwiches. We will train you on everything you need to know!
• Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, take orders with a smile, and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Cash Handling and Sales: Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Dessert Truck Setup and Takedown: Assist in the setup and takedown of the truck before and after operating hours, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready for service.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the truck and work area clean and sanitized at all times, adhering to health and safety standards. This includes regular cleaning of equipment, countertops, and utensils.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision after training period.
• Food handler's certification or ability to complete certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for operating the truck.
• Cash handling skills and basic math abilities.
• Punctuality and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and special events.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy supplies and equipment.
• Work in an enclosed space within the dessert truck, exposed to heat and noise.
