Job overview:

We are seeking a part-time Online Sales Representative who is enthusiastic and tech-savvy to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on promoting our products and services through our digital channels, engaging with potential customers, and contributing to our sales goals in a flexible working arrangement .

Responsibilities:

- Utilize online platforms to increase product visibility and drive sales, adapting to a part-time work schedule.

- Engage with potential customers via social media, email, and live chat, providing prompt and informative responses to their inquiries.

- Apply a basic understanding of selling strategies to effectively communicate product benefits and encourage purchases.

- Monitor customer feedback on online platforms and respond in a timely manner to maintain a positive engagement.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales strategies and campaigns, optimizing part-time hours for maximum effectiveness.

Requirements:

- Must be an American citizen, due to operational requirements.

- Live in New York for pre-training and work.

- Strong understanding of American culture and market trends, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.

- A foundational understanding of selling strategies and a keen interest in developing sales skills.

- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

- Familiarity with social media, e-commerce platforms, and digital communication tools.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, making the most of a part-time schedule.
