Position Summary : Support field operations with construction materials, tools and supplies
** The role is based out of our Middletown, OH facility**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Process items in/out of the warehouse according to the defined process
• Fill orders from the field for tools and supplies from warehouse inventory
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with Team Lead
• Maintain correct location and sorting of like tools, only tooling ready to ship is on the shelf
• Service counter customers
• Work with team to maintain warehouse clean and orderly
• Utilize tagging procedure for all items pulled
• Operate lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper departments or areas.
• Assist with loading/unloading orders in delivery vehicles
• Unload returned gang boxes, crates, pallets and/ or other (connex, office trailer, etc.) and separate used tooling to be repaired, credits for returned new items, marking good consumables N/C to be used on another job, and re-stocking items in the appropriate location
• Perform all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.
• Receive, examine and route incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor

Minimum Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required
• One to three years construction or shipping/ receiving experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Customer service oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills
• Good time management
• Efficient in Microsoft Office platform
• General knowledge of construction tools, materials, and supplies
