As the Social Media Content Creator for KOKONUT, you will be responsible for curating compelling content and engaging our audience across TikTok, Instagram, and email/text marketing platforms. Your creativity and strategic vision will play a vital role in enhancing brand awareness, driving user engagement, and fostering customer loyalty.

The Social Media Content Creator reports directly to the COO to align content strategies with overall marketing objectives.

• Content Creation and Curation:
• Develop engaging and visually appealing content tailored to each platform, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and email/text marketing.
• Curate user-generated content and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach and credibility.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and values.
• Audience Engagement and Growth:
• Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.
• Implement strategies to increase follower count, reach, and engagement across platforms.
• Monitor trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and maximize impact.
• Brand Consistency and Voice:
• Maintain brand consistency and voice across all social media channels and marketing communications.
• Develop and adhere to a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually cohesive content that resonates with the target audience.
• Campaign Development and Execution:
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent (required);

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

· Proven experience as a social media content creator, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.

· Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including video editing software and graphic design tools.

· Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
