**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at our facilities.
*This is not a full time job*
*Usually M-F 8 am - 2ish pm, x 2-4 days per week. Some weekends are required. Not many.
I am looking for someone that likes to learn, clean, who pays attention to detail, who is dedicated, fast moving, responsible, honest and reliable and likes the satisfaction of leaving a home, Airbnb or an apartment clean and fresh. This person needs to be willing and have strength to bend, lift, stretch and carry 30 pounds up and down stairs. Need someone that has sound moral judgment and is a critical thinker.
*Communication is a must.* *Need to be able to work alone or with a team.*
*You need to have a reliable source of transportation.* *Need to follow instructions*. *Need to be able to take care of equipment and supplies*.
A normal cleaning for residential or commercial will consist of sanitizing and disinfecting bathrooms from ceiling to floor, kitchen appliances, inside and outside of cupboards, ceiling to floor, cleaning ceilings, walls, windows, window tracks, blinds, doors, fixtures and floors. All equipment and cleaning supplies will be provided.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
