Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Protect property and assets by implementing security measures and protocols
- Control access to premises and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Skills:
- Valid security certificate/license required
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and procedures
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- CPR and first aid certification preferred
- Experience with surveillance systems, including CCTV monitoring
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and regulations is a plus
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
