We are currently seeking Full Time Janitors to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for our employees, residents, and visitors.

Duties:

-Walks property on daily basis and removes litter and debris on the grounds

- Perform general cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming common areas and apartments

- Clean and maintain models, laundry facilites, offices

- Empty trash receptacles

- Clean storage areas, pool area and restrooms

- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways, entries, stairwells, and lobbies

- Perform floor care duties, including stripping, waxing, and buffing floors

- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the property manager

Experience:

- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred

- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
