Job Description:

• Greet Customers
• Retail sales of new and used merchandise
• Pawn Loans and Purchasing
• Determine value of items to determine value of loan/buy
• Ability to discuss and explain terms of a loan with customer based on database information
• Clean and Prep merchandise for sale
• Knowledge or ability to gain knowledge of a wide variety of pawnable items, including but not limited to: jewelry, firearms, musical equipment, consumer electronics, tools, etc.
• Ability to make quick and intelligent decisions, work intuitively as a team member and be strong individually
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
• Ability and trustworthiness to handle large sums of money and expensive or "priceless" items
• No experience necessary, but would be a bonus
• On the job training available
• Must be willing to work weekends
• High School Diploma/GED required

Pay: $12.00-$13.00 per hour depending upon experience sales commission!
