The Kohn Law Firm is a downtown Milwaukee law firm concentrating its practice in Creditor's Rights Litigation, and we're looking to grow our team. Client Recovery Specialists work directly with consumers in order to help recover assets owed to our clients and resolve outstanding contractual obligations.

We’re currently providing a $1,000 New Hire Bonus for all new full-time employees.
In addition, after an initial 60-day training period, we review performance for a compensation increase of up to $2.00 per hour (over $4,000 annually).

Client Recovery Specialist Duties

Well-qualified Client Recovery Specialist candidates can include both those with experience in the field or those new to the field - such as recent college or high school graduates and those with a sales background, banking background, or customer service background. We provide detailed training to help talented individuals succeed in a new professional environment. This is a particularly good position for someone interested in obtaining experience in a law firm setting prior to attending law school.

Compensation
A Client Recovery Specialist earns a base hourly wage, plus commission. The total compensation of our employees currently ranges from $16.00 per hour up to $48.68 per hour. While specialists build their queues, we guarantee a minimum total compensation of $16.00 to $20.00 per hour.
