RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate equipment for repairs, enhancements, or upgrades and complete work as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair all mechanical functions, mechanical drive units, motor controls, industrial hydraulics, and pneumatic powers
- Knowledge and use of hand tools and machine shop equipment, the proper use of all test equipment used to perform all multi-trade repairs of production equipment
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, machine maintenance, or a related field is preferred, but will consider training the right individual with a 2-year degree in these fields
- A strong electromechanical skill set
- Ability to troubleshoot electronic and electrical components of equipment
- Knowledge and use of hand, power, shop tools, and equipment
- Capable of machining parts using a lathe and/or mill
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, reach, twist, sit, and walk
