Materials Coordinator - Shipping & Warehousing

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Kohler, WI

Opportunity

To plan,coordinate, and expedite product through the GK finished goods facility.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, expedites andcontrols all product under his/her responsibility using Sap.
• Verifies stock availability for finished goods& loose accessories.
• CoordinatesUnion employee tasks and Job assignments.
• Expedites hot orders and parts needed for customers and Sto’s.
• Generates proper paperwork.
• Works on special projects, or performs other duties as directed by thesupervisor.
• Coordinates product flow, audits shop floor and continue liaison withfloor
• Supervisionand material truckers.
• Monitorand review requirements and schedules daily.

Skills/Requirements

• Must bedetailed orientated.
• High School Diploma
• Experiencein Shipping preferred.
• Must be able to make sound decisions.
• Must be able to work under stress.
