Location: Hybrid at Kohler, WI (Mosel Plant)

Opportunity

Develop, maintain, analyze, and coordinate the Master Production Plan for Kohler Power Systems’ Mosel facility and may assist with the schedule in other facilities. Participate in the development of the weekly Sales and Operations Execution meeting materials. Execute the Master Production Schedule to achieve customer service and inventory turn goals. Analyze capacity needs to develop realistic manufacturing schedules and project future demands.Has primary responsibility of top-level supply chain metrics (LOTIF). Gives direction and guidance to Master Schedulers/Production Planners on occasions. Works closely with manufacturing facilities outside of Mosel on coordination of material.

Specific Responsibilities

• Create the master production schedule for multiple production lines to support customer service and inventory turn goals. Coordinate production changes with Materials and Manufacturing personnel.
• Analyze with Materials and Production Management regarding capacity to ensure realistic schedules that meet our customer service objectives.
• Maintain and control SAP master data for Planning/Scheduling functions.
• Coordinate with Production Schedulers, Engineering Change Board, Purchasing, Manufacturing Sites, Sales, and Marketing to control obsolescence exposure of products being discontinued.
• Works closely with manufacturing facilities outside of Mosel on coordination of material – mainly Changzhou, Singapore, and Brest manufacturing locations.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
• May schedule one or more production lines.
• May supervise Material Schedulers.
