Specific Responsibilities

• Cleaning of all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils and equipment
• Sweeping and mopping floors and washing walls
• Performing kitchen duties and trash removal in all kitchen areas
• Wiping down counters, tables and equipment
• Removing trash
• Helping chefs in setup of food plates and miscellaneous food prep

We have part-time and seasonal positions available. Nights and weekends are required.
