Specific Responsibilities 

• Maintain complete working knowledge of proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations, all liquor brands, beers, and wines, resort offerings, all company policies and procedures and safety practices.
• Set-up function rooms and/or breaks according to the instructions on the Banquet Event Order and according to supervisor’s instructions. 
• Serve food and beverage in accordance to standards and in accordance with the instructions of supervisors and management. 
• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly.
• Ensure appearance of food and beverages being served are within standards.
• Breakdown function rooms and/or breaks at the conclusion of functions. 
• Maintain the cleanliness of all storage and work areas. 

This is a part-time position. Hours will vary but nights and weekends are required.
